The CDPNG Database

The CDPNG Database is on a separate site for security reasons and can be accessed via the following link:

Overview

The CDPNG database allows a user to search:​
​

• a person's name or ​
• a business/company or other entity name

to see whether they have been scheduled to appear before any of the following courts.

• The PNG Supreme Court
• The PNG National Court

​The extent of the information provided is not available from any other public search resource.  ​

Important information

• ​Only court lists for the above courts are available.  Other PNG court matters are not published online and are not included in the CDPNG Database.
• CDPNG Database records go back to 2012.  ​
• The only form of identification for a person is their name.  No DOB or address information is available.
• Court outcomes are not provided in the database. Therefore no guilt/innocence or any other assumptions should be made.
• The CDPNG Database shows details of all the people or entities involved in a court matter. 

Free searches

Registering an account at the CD PNG Database allows a user to conduct searches for people and businesses to see if they are in the database.  Conducting a search brings up all variation of that name and shows the numbers of records associated with a specific name.

What the records show

All CDPNG Database records show the:

• Date
• Court type
• Case file number
• The case title
• Matter type
• Location
• Legal representatives
• ​Judge/s

Database Alerts

Alerts can be created in the CDPNG Database for a person's name or a that of a business. 

After creating an Alert, you will receive an email whenever a future record for that same name is added to the database.

This is an ideal option if you want to keep track of any new records for one or more people and/or companies.

Any registered user of the CDPNG database can create an Alert.
